How to Learn β Listen, Translate, Repeat
Our academy is designed for people who learn by listening, looking at pictures and practising one word at a time. This guide applies to language courses, driving theory and exam preparation.
Step 1 β Choose what you want to learn
Step 2 β Choose the language you understand
Planned explanation languages include English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and Bengali, with more languages as suitable translations and voices become available. Your learning language and explanation language are separate choices.
Step 3 β Tap a word, picture or question
Example: PrΓΌfung β examination β Ψ§Ω ΨͺΨΨ§Ω β ΰ€ͺΰ€°ΰ₯ΰ€ΰ₯ΰ€·ΰ€Ύ. The planned system will highlight the word, show a picture where helpful, read the original word slowly and read its translation aloud. You can replay either audio as often as needed.
Step 4 β Learn before testing yourself
Study mode will offer pronunciation, translation, explanations, examples, Next/Previous and mistake review. Exam simulation mode will hide learning aids when the real examination would not permit them.
Step 5 β Practise and check your progress
Free German material currently includes basic written vocabulary and beginner samples. The 20 free driving questions are original educational practice questions with manual scoring. Paid full language books, licensed driving question banks and 30 mock examinations per German exam level are being developed.
